All SW1X Audio Design customers can trade-in any product for another product.
What It Is
- Lifetime Upgrade Path: Ready for an upgrade? Trade in your SW1X Audio Design product whenever you are ready. If you have owned your component for more than a year, it qualifies for our exclusive Legacy Trade-In program.
- Discover the Trade-In Value: We will evaluate your existing product and provide a trade-in offer based on its age and condition.
- Hassle-Free Exchange: Once your new product is ready, we will notify you to send us your existing product. Upon receipt and inspection of your trade-in, we will ship your new product to you.
How It Works
- Complete and submit the trade-in request form.
- We will review your request, assess your product’s condition and provide you with an offer for your existing product.
- Once the offer is accepted, an invoice will be emailed to you.
- Upon reception of payment, your order is going to be confirmed.
- The order will go into production and you will be notified when it is ready.
- When the order is ready, please ship your product to us.
- Upon receipt of your product, we will ship your new product to you.
- Once you have received your new product, please share your feedback and register your product to continue enjoying our Customer Loyalty Program.
