Conditions for joining the Loyalty Program and start earning SW1X Points:
Be a Registered Customer. If you have purchased an SW1X Audio Design product at any time, please register yourself through the Registration Page.
Registering the product also extends the warranty of your product!
Earn SW1X Points:
- Refer an SW1X Audio Design Product (excluding Cables): 300 Points
- Refer a SW1X Audio Design Cable: 50 Points
- Post in the SW1X Audio Club Forum: 5 Points
1 SW1X Point = £1
Share & Earn:
- Referral Process: Share the serial number of your SW1X product with new customers. When they make a purchase using your product’s serial number, you’ll receive SW1X Points.
- Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your points once the purchase from new customer is completed.
Redeeming SW1X Points:
- Redemption Options: Redeem points on any future SW1X Audio Design purchase, either directly from us or through our authorized Dealers.
- Serial Number Usage Limit: Each serial number can be used for referrals a maximum of 10 times.
Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility: Open to all customers who have registered their SW1X Audio Design products.
- Exclusions: Points cannot be combined with other offers.
- Prohibited Actions: Fraudulent referrals result in disqualification.
- Serial Number Restrictions: The serial number will not earn you points on your own purchases.
- Post Restrictions: Posts in SW1X Audio Club must not violate Audio Club Rules.
