All new customers and existing original product owners can upgrade any product purchased for a higher performance level at price difference within the same product category.

What It Is

• Upgrade Anytime Within 6 Months: If you wish to upgrade to a higher performance level product, simply pay the difference between your original purchase and the new product.
• No Additional Wait Time: We’ll start building your new product upon reception of the payment. While the new product is being built, you can continue using your existing product.
• Hassle-Free Exchange: Once your new product is ready, just ship us the old one. Upon reception of the existing product, we will send you your new product in return.

How It Works

1. Complete and submit the trade-in request form.
2. We will review your request and provide you with an offer.
3. Once the offer is accepted, an invoice will be emailed to you.
4. Upon reception of payment, your order is going to be confirmed.
5. The order will go into production and you will be notified when it is ready.
6. When the order is ready, please ship your product to us.
7. Upon receipt of your product, we will ship your new product to you.
8. Once you have received your new product, please share your feedback and register your product to become part of our Customer Loyalty Program.

Please note: This offer is only available to registered first-owners. All original first-owner products can be traded in. If one purchased a product through a dealer, the same terms and condition apply. If in doubt, please contact us and send the serial number in question.
