- The lucky draw is open to participants globally.
- Only one entry per participant is allowed.
- The correct answer must be submitted here & on YouTube by 00:00, 12th of September 2024.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries.
- The winner will be announced on this page and contacted via email.
- The winner may notify in writing via email if they do not want their identity to be publicly revealed. To maintain transparency, entrants can request the name & email of the winner by inquiring via email, stating the
name of the prize draw in the subject heading within 4 weeks after the closing date. - The winners will be notified via email or post by Friday, 20th of September 2024. Winners must claim their prize within 30 working days of receiving the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the SW1X Audio Design reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
- By entering this prize draw, all participants consent to the use of their personal data by SW1X Audio Design for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and to keep participants updated with SW1X Audio Design news.
- SW1X Audio Design may disqualify any participant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions or who, in SW1X Audio Design’s sole discretion, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw or manipulating entries.
